From the Politico:
Hoping to maximize congressional gains, the DNC is taking out a $10 million line of credit to split equally between the House and Senate campaign committees, according to a top Democrat familiar with the move.
The decision to go into the red for the DCCC and DSCC comes as party operatives see more races coming into play, especially in the House. The goal: To take advantage of what is shaping up to be a Democratic wave by picking up as many seats as possible, giving the party a massive governing majority and making it more difficult for the GOP to recapture power in future cycles.
So where will this money be felt? We didn’t see any major expenditures filed yesterday with the FEC by the D-trip, but I expect tonight will be a lot busier.
I hope they spend it all on districts like VA-11 and AZ-01 where we need sooooooo much help!
Sigh.
Let’s hope we see some further expanding of the map.

I think the DSCC should get active in Texas. At least get SOME ads out there, even if they can’t cover all the markets.
Virginia, New Mexico, Colorado, Alaska and New Hampshire are done deals.
Please don’t waste it in AZ-01, IN-09 or OH-16. That is all.
I’m writing them off my contribution list for the entire next cycle. Josh Segall is a real “better” Democrat and he’s raised $1 million on his own running in Alabama. The district is not particularly Republican and Segall’s field team is top notch. We can win this one and it would be a shame to leave it hanging and come up 500 votes short on Nov. 4th.
AL-03 Josh Segall (vs. Mike D. Rogers)
CA-46 Debbie Cook (vs. Dana Rohrabacher)
IA-04 Becky Greenwald (vs. Tom Latham)
NC-05 Roy Carter (vs. Virginia Foxx)
Any others?
Try not to forget those farm team types who will be doing the actual congressional redistricting here in a short while… I hope the beltway wisdom includes some money for relatively cheap wins, paying it forward.
